Founded in 2017, AtoZ is the best partner for digital service and product development. We have a strong and expert team dedicated to solving our clients' challenges from A to Z. We produce solid code and quality testing with around 40 #AtoZfellows, always listening to and understanding our clients' business needs. AtoZ operates in two locations (Tampere and Helsinki), and in 2025 our turnover was EUR 3.5 million. Even as AtoZ grows and develops, the core of our operations remains people – #AtoZfellows and our clients. While we aim for growth, we will never forget to remain human-sized – now and in the future. We will not become a giant; instead, we have limited our growth to 100 people. This way, we maintain our family-like way of working.

AtoZ is for life. Writing good code and delivering well-tested software is a point of pride for us. At its best, good, well-tested code can save lives.
In between the lines of code, there must also be room for #AtoZfellows lives. We care about each other. Work and personal life must be balanced so that we can thrive at work as well. We live in different life situations and respect that. Still, we have fun together both at work and in our free time.
