FIIn the spring of 2025, I began my role as Chairman of the Board at AtoZ Oy. In this blog, I will share my thoughts on the company’s strategy, collaborative culture, and future direction – welcome to join the journey from A to Z.
I would first like to thank the company’s founder and former Chairman, Jyrki Oksanen, for his significant contribution to building AtoZ. I have known Jyrki for over 25 years – first as a colleague, then as an entrepreneur and CEO. Over the years, our friendship has grown, and when Jyrki asked me to continue his work as Chairman, I accepted the role with confidence and enthusiasm. I believe my experience and expertise will bring added value to AtoZ and its owners.
AtoZ Oy is a company that reflects its owners – at its core are strong expertise, experience, and a collaborative way of working. Over the years, we have built deep knowledge in demanding software projects across various industries – from design and testing to maintenance. Satisfied customers and impressive references speak for themselves.
Our future strategy focuses on our strengths in testing, software development, and artificial intelligence – as well as our ability to tailor solutions to customers’ needs. The strategy will include selecting a few specialization areas that provide a clear direction for growth.
A collaborative company culture is the heart of AtoZ. It means a flat hierarchy, shared responsibility and empowerment – and working together. Everyone carries responsibility, but no one is left alone. Colleagues support each other in everyday work as well as in times of change. My career has taken me from international top companies to my current role as Head of Digital Services at Netum Oy. Customer focus has been the guiding principle in all my work.
