FIThis autumn, AtoZ takes over the stage at Agile Tampere as #AtoZtyypit Mikko Leinonen and Iiris Sarpiokoski step up on November 13th at Paja Kongressi to talk about “What does company culture and everyday work look like in an organization striving for genuine autonomy?”
Agile Tampere brings together agile professionals from across Finland once a year. The event is held entirely in Finnish this year and features speakers from a variety of organizations. The 2025 themes focus on practical agility, cultural development, and the role of AI in expert work.

At AtoZ, autonomy is part of everything we do – from our structures and tools to how we collaborate every day. In their session, Mikko and Iiris share practical examples and cultural choices that have guided AtoZ’s journey toward a truly transparent and trust-based organization.
They’ll also speak openly about what has worked and what hasn’t. The goal isn’t to present a perfect model, but to share real experiences of building an empowered culture in the middle of client projects, Slack messages, and financial pressures.
